What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are
OpenAcura provides an Assured Execution and Compliance platform built to support regulated industries. Registered company name, number and registered office to be supplied. For anything in this notice, contact info@openacura.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
If you complete the contact form we collect your name, company, work email, optionally your role, and your message. We collect this because you asked us to get in touch — the lawful basis is your consent, and for an existing customer, legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry.
Information collected automatically
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. If you accept optional analytics cookies we collect aggregate page-view data to understand which pages are useful. Declining them changes nothing about how the site behaves.
Your cookie preference is stored in your browser’s local storage, not on our servers.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
- We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in the contact form.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Aggregate analytics are retained for 14 months. Ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will.
Where it is held
Data is held within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where a supplier processes data outside that area, we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses. Supplier list to be supplied.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@openacura.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, or to your national supervisory authority in the EEA.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. Where credentials are held for connected systems on behalf of a customer, they are kept in an encrypted vault rather than in plain configuration.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date below and, where the change affects how we use data you have already given us, contact you about it.
