OpenAcura does not replace your WMS, ERP or historian. Those systems already know when a temperature excursion happened, when a batch was held, when a line went down. What they cannot do is show somebody owned it, fixed it, and had the fix verified.

Send events in
A secured ingestion endpoint accepts events from any system that can send JSON. Each request is authenticated with a per-customer API key and verified against an HMAC signature, so a payload cannot be forged or altered in transit. Requests are rate-limited per customer.
Or let us pull the data
Where a system exposes an API, a connector is built to query it directly — warehouse management systems including IN-Dex, ERPs, plant historians, quality systems and the Microsoft 365 platform. Connectors are part of the integration work, not a separate module to license.
Per-source configuration
Decide what happens to each source.
A high-volume sensor feed and a critical quality hold do not need the same response. Every source is configured to one of three behaviours, and the customer sets it.

Operator review
The event appears in a review queue. A person decides whether it becomes an issue. Right for signals that are usually noise but occasionally are not.

Raise an issue automatically
The event creates a tracked issue with an owner immediately. Right for a critical quality hold, where waiting for a person to notice is the risk.
Push events back out
Outbound webhooks send events to whatever runs downstream, so a closure here can trigger work elsewhere.
Named integrations
Microsoft 365 and Teams · Slack · Jira · Zapier · Google Workspace · Generic webhook. Credentials are held in an encrypted vault, never in plain configuration.
Bulk import
Load existing records from spreadsheets when moving off them, so history does not start on day one.
Dashboards
This is where integration pays off.
Data arriving from other systems does not just sit in a log — it drives the numbers people manage by.
Ingested values feed live KPI tiles and dashboards, so the figures on the shop-floor board, in the daily huddle and in the monthly leadership review are the same figures, taken from the operational systems themselves rather than from somebody retyping them into a spreadsheet on a Monday morning.
Dashboards are built to each customer’s measures as part of the platform. Every operation counts things differently, so rather than force a standard set of charts, OpenAcura is configured around the measures that customer already runs on. Included — not a separate analytics product, not a consulting add-on.
